This spring, some colleges in the Washington region have assembled waiting lists that rival the size of their incoming freshman classes, a measure of their uncertainty at a volatile time in higher education.
The University of Virginia has offered admission to 6,900 students and wait-listed 3,750, a group large enough to [...]

When Les Brown, speaker, speech coach and author of Live Your Dreams, called me to offer his enthusiastic endorsement for my soon-to-be-released (June 1) book, The Compound Effect (I’m very excited about it! The picture is me just having received shipment!), he said something very profound:

We here at the Teaching High School Psychology Blog would like to do what we can to help connect teachers with job openings. If anyone is aware of a teaching posting which includes psychology as part of the assignment, please send the information to Kent Korek at kkorek@germantown.k12.wi.us. I will then post the information on the THSP blog.
